HOF Class of 2026 Homecoming Itinerary
Thursday, October 15, 2026 HOF Class of 2026 Introductory Ceremony: 4:00 PM
• Location: Hathaway-Howard Fine Arts Auditorium
Friday, October 16, 2026 — Alumni Assembly & Letter A Club Meet & Greet
• Event 1: Homecoming Alumni Assembly Start: 9:00 AM
• Location: HPER Arena – Lower Level, Section M, Rows 1- 4
• Arrival Deadline: 7:30 AM-8:15 AM (Seats will be released to the public after this time. Because of the high volume of returning alumni, the arena fills up rapidly—do not be late).
• Attire HOF Blazer
• Recognition Protocol: Athletic Director Chris Robinson will officially recognize the Letter “A” Club. Upon reading the announcement, please stand, wave to the crowd, and be seated.).
• Event 2: Letter A Club Meet and Greet: Golden Lion Stadium (Gate 2 Breezeway and the Pennymon Room) Time: 1:00 PM
Saturday, October 17, 2026 Gameday Tailgate & On-Field Presentation: Game time 2 PM
Each Class of 2026 Inductee will receive one (1) official entrance wristband directly from Mrs. Virginia Taylor from 12:00 PM- 1:30 PM at the designated Letter “A” tailgate spot.
• All family, friends, and personal guests must purchase standard game tickets. There is no reserved stadium seating for guests. Enter at Gate 2 of the Golden Lions Stadium for additional information from Betty Hayes Anthony.
• On-Field Presentation Timeline: The timing of the live presentation is fluid due to television commercial timeouts and institutional check presentations. It is tentatively slated for either the 2nd quarter or halftime. You will be updated immediately once the television production script is finalized.
• On-Field Lineup Protocol:
• All inductees must report and meet in front of the Fieldhouse area at the designated call time.
• Staff will line up sequentially within the stadium end zone.
• As your name, sport, and accolades are broadcast over the PA system, step forward, wave to the stadium, and step back into the queue.
• Following the conclusion of the roll call, exit the field immediately and return to your stadium seats or the tailgate area.
